Al Arqam Centre, situated in the Leagrave area of Luton, is dedicated to providing a supportive environment for the community to learn and practice Qur’anic recitation and Islamic studies. We are currently seeking a dynamic Manager to lead our initiatives, ensuring that all Muslims have the opportunity to read and recite the Qur’an accurately. The Manager will oversee classes for both children and adults, emphasizing Tajweed and proper pronunciation of Arabic letters, while also facilitating the delivery of essential Islamic studies covering topics like aqeeda, salah, purification, manners, and the life of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
In this role, the Manager will play a pivotal part during significant Islamic events such as Ramadan and Hajj, ensuring that our programs effectively help students appreciate and understand their importance. The Manager will also foster connections with a diverse student body by conducting classes in English and expanding our online course offerings for those unable to attend in person. With a strong focus on inclusivity and community engagement, the Manager will promote the learning and teaching of the Qur’an, creating a nurturing and enriching atmosphere for all. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to make a meaningful impact in the local community.
